Curtin Robofair 2012

Curtin University is hosting their annual Robotics fair this Sunday – a chance to see what is being developed in this specialised field combining engineering and technology. Unfortunately, the WA Brick Society is not able to attend this year. However, there will be Lego robots to see in action, built using Mindstorms kits. An event flyer is below - please distribute it if you wish.

“Are you intrigued by robots? Do you like building things, electronics, computer technology and games? Do you want to see how robots are helping us in our everyday lives, and shaping the future? If so, then come along to Curtin Robofair!”

Date: Sunday, December 9th
Time: 10am - 2pm
Location: Curtin University, Bentley, Building 215
Admission: Free

“Robofair is a free public event, suitable for all ages and interests, from the simply inquisitive or creative, to the technologically astute. The event aims to link industry, education and community in a fun and informative arena that showcases innovation in robotics and other related technologies.”
